    I want to commend you on the great job you did selling our home.  When we interviewed the three different realtors, you stood out as a very positive person, hard worker and your marketing skills were top of the line. This was the most important qualities we were looking for.  Two of the realtors told us to list our home at a price that meant we were going to end up giving our home away. You were the one that listed it where we needed to be, not just to sell it to get rid of it. We knew our goal was your goal. We also new this was your goal from all the conversations we had with you. You are a great listener.  You knew we didn't want sight seers being brought through our home and your technique was to pre-qualify buyers and you only showed to people that were serious and were looking in their financial range. The market being at a very slow time and your turn around time was 46 days from the date of listing to the closing date was remarkable. We did not think it would sell so fast.  You being available for us and the potential buyers made the closing nice, no surprises, you showing them what was available were great.  They knew this was the home they wanted to purchase. There are so many things you did that made the sale happen that I could talk and talk and never arrive to the end. The end result was happy sellers and happy buyers.  You are a superb Realtor.
