We recently sold our existing house in Las Vegas and bought a new house in a different part of Las Vegas.  We used Anne Vaughan-Biry as our realtor for both transactions and I highly recommend her for either of these needs.  Before we found Anne we worked with two other realtors in town and tried to buy houses with offers that were contingent upon the sale of our existing house but this led nowhere.  Anne is exceptionally honest and up front about how things work and she told us that no one would take our offer seriously as long as it was a contingent offer.  We took her advise, put our house up for sale, priced it reasonably and sold it within 2 weeks despite selling at a time when the market was flooded with bank owned houses and the worst slump in the real estate market since the Great Depression.  Anne also helped us find an awesome house in a part of town that we didn't even know about.  Her experience and honesty are huge assets that I highly recommend if you want to wade into the housing market in Las Vegas.
