I am an owner of Seacoast Mortgage Corporation based in RI and also serving MA, CT and FL.  I have been in the lending business for over 15 years. I am also a financial planner and possess series 6, 63 AND 65 licenses.  As a mortgage corporation owner, I can obtain the most competitive rates in the industry and use my financial planning expertise to ensure my clients are making the right financial decisions to meet their unique financial goals.

I was selected to speak on Ralph Roberts "Keep Your House" radio program. 

I am also the on-going Mortgage Class instructor for Rhode Island Association of Realtors.  During this class, we provide a live "first time home buyer" approval session to educate the real estate community on the taking of a mortgage application and the educational process of the first time homebuyer during the application process.  It is my hope mortgage professionals become MORE than just "application takers" and they educate the new home buyer to: 1) be able to live comfortably and 2) avoid their losing their homes. It is not about the "max mortgage" a consumer qualifies for, it is about AFFORDABILITY.
