About Me:

I am the Broker/Owner of Norwood Realty and Property Management. It is an exciting time opening my own office. My client mix is predominantly first-time homebuyers and investors. First-time homebuyers demand lots of time, but I think it's worth it. Patience, patience!! Educating them is key and then there's nothing like seeing the joy on the face of a first-timer at the closing table.

The last of couple of years have been very busy for me with lots of changes, new endeavors, etc. I decided to grow my Accounting and Tax practice this year. I've been a Licensed CPA for more than 10 years now. It's time!!

I am also the President of The Earthly Woman Corporation (EWC). Our mission is to improve the lives of single parents and their children through housing and education. One thing I know for sure; I am blessed to know and meet the people that are in and that come into my life and help with all of this. I couldn't do all that I do without them. So, thank you if you are one of those people that have volunteered your time, money and energy. We expect to see lots of growth this year as well.

My own personal mission, which is part of what EWC does, is to assist people in improving their overall financial health. There are so many that do not know how to handle their finances; they don't know how their money is spent, have no savings, no investments, lots of money wasted on non-appreciating assets, etc. If you are not taught, you don't know. So, last year I sought to implement budgeting tools for my clients in my tax and accounting practice...for FREE. Please take advantage of them!! It is a one-on-one service I do not charge for. I feel very strongly about this; improve your Net Worth. Leave something for your future generations, other than debt! I have to say that in the process of obtaining these tools, I also became a Licensed Life Insurance Producer. Trust me, that was not the goal, but if you need some Life Insurance...
