About Us:

As a certified Home Inspector, I have the rare pleasure of doing a job I truly enjoy.  I love the challenge that each home brings, old and new.  I have been working in various vocations over the years that have brought me to this point where I feel confident in many different areas such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, structural and more.

I have lived in the Durham Region all my life and am proud to be serving this area as well as Clarington.  Whether you are looking to buy in the West-End area (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby), in the North (Port Perry, Uxbridge), or in the East (Courtice, Bowmanville, Newcastle, Newtonville), I am available for your next Home Inspection.

 

Areas of Expertise

Along with being a Home Inspector for over five years, I also work in the Construction Business. I have worked on many projects as both Carpenter and Assistant Site Superintendant. My job requires me to have an understanding of everything from electrical to forming, plumbing to structural steel, foundation to drywall even painting. These positions have given me a broad perspective of the details that are in the envelope of a building. I have a unique opportunity of translating that information to the field of Home Inspections.
