I just came off of a real estate training called Sweathogs with Ed Escobar, a Floyd Wickman program. I'm absolutely siked about the market in New Jersey. Prices have come down a lot making it more affordable for first time home buyers to buy now. That's exactly what we need: The little guy buying the starter home. The old starter home guy buying a bigger home. The bigger home guy moving on to a ritzier neighborhood and so on so forth.

I enjoy working as a buyer's agent and will gladly take a referral from a friend or fellow agent. I think I am naturally a shy person and meeting people in person is always a big step for me, but once I know a person's wants, needs and how he or she wants to be treated or what level of customer service they expect, I am about 95% certain that I can find your referral a house within 3 weeks or less, assuming they want to move that fast.

The good news about being a successful buyer's agent first is I have seen a lot of houses. This gives me an additional advantage over my fellow agents in terms of listing homes for sale. First Time Homebuyers-I have the patience and great listening skills. If the client is honest about what he or she wants to buy, I can find it for them.

Short Sales-It takes a certain kind of person to follow up with the bank and give advice to clients facing financial hardship. Again, my ability to remain calm and my attention to details are some of the attributes that have made me into a short sale specialist. Not to mention the amount of training I have received!

Relocation and residential resale homes in Union, Essex and Middlesex County. I used to do sales in Hudson, but I am now focusing on the North Central part of New Jersey.
