I just came off of a real estate training called Sweathogs with Ed Escobar, a Floyd Wickman program. I'm absolutely siked about the market in New Jersey. Prices have come down a lot making it more affordable for first time home buyers to make purchases. That's exactly what we need: The little guy buying the starter home and the starter home guy buying a bigger home and the bigger home guy moving on to a ritzier neighborhood and so forth.

I enjoy working as a buyer's agent and will gladly take a referral from a fellow agent. I'm a little bit shy and meeting people in person is always a big step for me, but once I know a person's wants, needs and how he or she wants to be treated or what level of customer service they expect, I am about 95% certain that I can close any deal.

Short Sales-It takes a certain kind of person to follow up with the bank and give advice to clients facing financial hardship. Again, my ability to remain calm and my attention to detail, make me a short sale specialist.

Relocation and residential resale homes in Union, Essex and Middlesex County. I used to do sales in Hudson, but I am now focusing on the north center/central part of New Jersey.
