I am a state certified residential real property appraiser with over 6 years experience in the business. I have experience in a wide variety of appraisal products and client types from mortgage lending to litigation support and expert witness testimony. Thanks to the help of an excellent mentor, I have built a reputation of quality, reliability, and integrity.
