Personal Background

Until 2004, I had built a 17 year career with Prudential Securities Futures, Foreign Exchange and OTC Commodity Trading Division (Global Derivatives). My roles varied greatly throughout my tenure including management positions in Operations, Trading, Risk Management, Systems Implementation, Project Management and New Product Steering. From this expansive career I translated many of the skills that I developed over the years into my role as a Real Estate Sales Associate. With each client, I bring to the table

 

  • A keen eye for detail to identify potential weaknesses in a transaction before they surface and proactively overcome such obstacles.
  • An extremely diverse set of resources. As I recognize that no one person has every answer and/or solution, I continuously mine for new resources to aid me now and in to the future. But more importantly, I have learned that the most valued skill is knowing when to use these resources.
  • Strong and assertive negotiating skills. My expansive career has centered around trading and settling transactions between buyers and sellers where terms of price, delivery dates and locations were continuous variables. My role often became the ombudsman as well as that of a coordinator so that I could foster the needed teamwork amongst all individuals involved in the transaction ensuring that the result was mutually amenable for all parties involved and delivered on a timely basis. My role in real estate is basically the same.
  • A clear and direct approach to all issues along with a strong emphasis on good communications between the client, myself and the lawyers, inspectors, title companies, finance companies and all others that have a role prior to the consummation of the contract. This helps create smooth and clean contract closing.
  • A strong belief in ethical integrity both in and out of the office. It is this integrity that creates a trust and respect from my clients that I value most of all and wish never to lose.

 

Once I have helped you in your current real estate endeavors, it is my goal to help you at anytiume and long after you have completed this transaction.
