About Us:
Use this section to write about yourself - don't be shy - Why should a buyer or seller want to work with you? Do you have any certifications and qualifications? What sets you apart from other agents/loan officers?
I am a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. I am also licensed to do FHA appraisals as well. I am conscientious, and very customer service oriented. I enjoy speaking and meeting with each of the clients that I service. This makes for a strong working relationship. It allows me to know them and related to them personally, rather than being regarded as someone that I speak with on the phone or via email.
Areas of Expertise
Use this section to write about your specific areas of expertise. Do you specialize in first time buyers - listing high end homes - etc. Are there specific market area's that you specialize in? The more you write about your area's of expertise the more knowledgeable you'll sound to a potential buyer or seller.
Areas of expertise include single family, multi-unit, condos and condo conversion projects.
Testimonials
Do you have any good testimonials that clients have provided you in the past? Be sure to add them here.
I have a loan originator that I have worked with for the past 3 years. He recently called me to say that over the years while he has sent me hundreds of appraisal assignments, that he has also enlisted the services of other appraisers. We will call him "Greg." "Greg," then goes on to tell me that during his trial and error phase with the other appraisers, he had many sleepless nights because of problems with credentials, values or simply just getting a return phone call. "Greg" said after one of his deals died at the closing table due to a simple appraisal fiasco, he decided to stay with the tried and true. Me! I had no knowledge of his situation, but I appreciated the fact that he made that decision and gave me the feedback. Feedback is very important. It is the factor that lets you know if you are meeting the needs of your clients. "Gregg" and I are still doing business today.
