     If you are looking for a real estate agent to sell or buy a home, please consider April Hayden-Munson.  Her expertize and devotion to work, allowed us to sell our home in this extremely difficult market, and maintain a large portion of our equity.                                                    

     We met April through the Internet.  We had seen an advertisement for a free house appraisal and reluctantly signed up for the appraisal.  We really only wanted a second opinion on the price of our house, since we had a contract with another real estate agent, but had very little buyer activity.  April contacted us and did the evaluation over the Internet, giving us a ball park figure.  She was also willing to do a  more in depth appraisal oif we wanted her to, but we declined, since we were already working with someone else.

     After six months, and o offers on our house, we decided we needed another agent .   We had interviewed two other agents, and had just about selected one, when we decided we would look at April, just to give us a balanced feel of the market for our house.  Well, April interviewed with us and were impressed to say the least!  Her confidence in her ability to sell our house and her excellent knowledge of real estate as well as new construction issues sold us.  We chose her over two very well qualified real estate agents. 

     April worked seven days a week to try and sell our house.   She advertised our house right away and she did several open houses which started to bring prospective buyers to look.  She made agents, not only with her company, but other real estate agencies, aware of our house and pointed out the positives of our house to them to generate traffic.  She continuously scanned the MLS for new listings to make sure that we were marketing the house correctly, especially for price.  She politely noted items in our house that needed to be taken care of, so the house would show well to buyers.

     In a tight market, in the middle of one of the worst winters in Wisconsin history, April was able to sell our house in leess thatn 90 days.  She managed a contentious period of offers and counter offers with finesse, allowing us to fell that we indeed got the best offer we could.

     April is an excellent agent as we have stated.  If you select her, you will have a dedicated expert looking after your needs until the house is sold.  She will do everything possible to make sure you get the best price possible for you house.
