Why Me?
I have always placed a great deal of importance on education. I feel that the pursuit of knowledge is the foundation of many successful careers. To this end, I hold three degrees from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale one of which is a Masters of Business Administration. My educational track helped me to gain detailed knowledge in the areas of marketing, finance, small business ownership and information technology which any real estate agent needs in todays every changing world. I continually keep abreast of changes in the market and conditions which affect real estate by attending several continuing education courses each year.
Next year I plan to pursue the designation of Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and E-Pro and am looking forward to that journey.
Areas of Expertise
RELOCATION
I specialize in assisting both Buyers and Sellers and close about an equal number of each every year. I have found that I take great pleasure in assisting clients who are relocating to Columbia from out of state. I truly enjoy sharing with them the community that I have been a part of for the past 8 years and helping them get acquainted with the area. I will send clients information on items of interest specific to them, that may include links to job resources, after school activities for thier children, outdoor activities or any number of things. I pride myself in building relationship with my clients.
BUYERS & SELLERS
I focus on both buyers and sellers which helps me keep abreast of the market conditions from both view points. Each year I assist nearly an equal amount of both buyers and sellers in all price ranges with all their home needs.
