About Us:
My name is Angie Rasiarmos, Realtor Broker, and my objective is to get your home sold in the shortest amount of time for the most amount of money with the least amount of headaches -- plain and simple. The market has changed and you need a Realtor that will provide you trends and market conditions so you can make wise decisions when buying or selling a house.
I'm also a Certified Distressed Property Expert. Upon completing this extensive certification, my vision is to offer and educate families in financial trouble options. There is no reason a homeowner should believe foreclosure is the only solution, and unfortunately so many do. There are significant differences between foreclosure and a successful short sale. The consequences and impact of which route a homeowner chooses effects a credit history differently and in some cases indefinitely.

I don't differenciate my service from first time buyers or high end luxury sellers. My marketing is proven to work on any price home. Since most of my work is via a referral system, I can only say that I haven't turned any customer away because of location. My past work has taken me from Oak Park to Grayslake and everything in between. Currently most of my base is in Oak Park, Lake Zurich, Long Grove, Hawthorn Woods, Deer Park, Palatine, North Barrington, Northern Illinois areas, and it's still growing.
I also completed in February of 2008 a rigorous course lead by the Distressed Property Institute and became 1 of 30 Realtors at the time in the state of Illinois to hold the designation of CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert).
You may ask, how does this help me? Let me explain. My mission and goal is to assist families in our community avoid foreclosure by successfully negotiating with mortgage lenders to sell a property for less than is owed, called a "short sale". Did you know there are harsher consequences to a homeowners credit score with a foreclosure versus a successfully negotiated short sale?
