I have been in real estate since 1999. My mother was in real estate as well and as a child I used to beg her to find some other conversation at dinner besides talking about real estate. Somehow, I have followed in her footsteps and inspired her to get back into the business. I am from Virginia, but my husband's job transferred us to our new home, Beaufort SC. Being a military spouse, I know what it is like to be relocated and know what buyers need to know to make a decision on choosing a home from a distance. My relocation package is second to none with the content and materials that we provide to out of town buyers. I am licensed Broker in Virginia and in South Carolina. I formed Advanced Real Estate Company in October of 2006 and eventually grew the company to 10 agents and over 13 million dollars in inventory. All of which, would not have been possible without the help of some very skilled agents. I recently sold my company to go back to what I do best. I am now an agent with Coldwell Banker Platinum Partners.
I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), an Accredited Seller's Representative (CSR), and a Certified Internet Marketing Specialist (E-Pro). I am constantly going to a seminar or taking an additional class to keep abreast of pertinant information for my clients.
