Four Seasons Realty is located on Hwy. 87 as you enter Payson from the Phoenix area. Our 2,300 sq. ft. log home (on the corner of Hwy. 87 and Main St.) attracts a lot of attention.
Surrounded by 2.9 million acreas of Nationa Forest, populated by Ponderosa pines and dotted with small fishing lakes, makes Payson and the Rim Country the "GO TO" place to have fun in Northern Arizona.
The largest heards of Elk in Arizona are located in our backyard. Outdoor activities are large here. We are only one hour from Scottsdale and the Phoenix, AZ area, so, we get lots of day trippers and folks looking for that get-a-way from the searing heat of the Valley.
Payson is a great area to live. 15,000 really nice folks enjoy its mild four seasons. Elevation is 5,000 feet and tucked just under the Mogellon Rim. Ya'll Come!

Been licensed for 8 years. Sold mostly in Phoenix, AZ, and now sell in Payson, Pine and Strawberry (since 2005). Strong background in corporate sales and mfg. homes. Was a loan officer for several years, so I do understand how to help a "problem" loan through escrow. We have a lot of manufactured homes here...some new and some newer. So it helps to know that market too.
Received my GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) certification last year and am working on my Broker's license now. Have a broad web presence and market strongly thru the internet. Since we are only 60 minutes from Scottsdale the second home market is strong here. Log cabins are a strong seller here as we are located in the Ponderosa pines near the Mogellon Rim.
