Surrounded by 3.9 million acreas of National Forest, populated by Ponderosa pines and dotted with small fishing lakes, Payson and the Rim Country is the destination to have outdoor fun in Northern Arizona.
The largest heards of Elk in Arizona are located in our backyard. Outdoor activities are huge here. We are only one hour from Scottsdale and the Phoenix, AZ area so we get lots of day trippers and folks looking for that get-a-way from the searing heat of the Valley.
Payson is a great area to live. 15,000 really nice folks enjoy its mild four seasons. Elevation is 5,000 feet and tucked just under the Mogollon Rim. Ya'll Come!

Been licensed since 2000. Sold mostly in Phoenix, AZ, and now sell in Payson, Pine and Strawberry (since 2005). Strong background in corporate sales and mfg. homes. Was a loan officer for several years, so I do understand how to help a "problem" loan through to close of escrow.
Received my GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) certification several years ago and am working on my Broker's license now. Have a broad web presence and market strongly thru the internet. Since we are only 60 minutes from Scottsdale the second home market is strong here. Log cabins are a big seller as we are located in the middle of the largest stand of Ponderosa pines in the United States.
