Four Seasons Realty is located on the main highway coming into town from the Phoenix area in a 2,300 sq. ft. log home (Hwy. 87 and Main St.). So we do attract a lot of attention.
We just claimed the title of Best New Business in Gila County, and are now on to the State finals. Wish us luck!
Payson is surrounded by 2.9 million acreas of Nationa Forest, populated by Ponderosa pines and dotted with small fishing lakes.
The largest heards of Elk in Arizona are located in our area. Outdoor activities are large here. We are only one hour from Scottsdale and the Phoenix, AZ area. So, we get lots of day trippers and folks looking for that get-a-way from the searing heat of the Valley.
Great area to live in with its mild four seasons. Elevation is 5,000 ft. and within a few miles of the Mogellon Rim.

Was a loan officer for several years, so I understand how to help a "problem" loan through escrow. We have a lot of manufactured homes here...some old and some newer. So it helps to know that market too.
Received my GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) certification last year and am working on my Broker's license now. Have a broad web presence and market strongly there. Since we are only 60 minutes from Scottsdale the second home market is strong here. 98% of my sales in the past 2 years have been second homes. Log cabins are a strong seller here as we are located in the Ponderosa pines near the Mogellon Rim.
