I'm part of the ECO team at THE ECO-STEWARD REAL ESTATE FIRM, INC. We are Consultants, Brokers & Resources for Mountain Homes, Land Legacies & Investment Properties in the Spirit of Stewardship in the Greater Asheville area. We are long term investment -oriented professionals who take pride in going the extra mile for our clients.

Areas of Expertise

 Our focus is on value-added properties. We love working with investors, both sellers and buyers, in the "environmentally-friendly" market. We are land specialists, but work any interesting ECO-sustainable property...for example:  NC Healthy-Built Homes®,  eco or conservation subdivisions-developments, authentic conservation Preserves, infill projects, restoration projects--like renovation of a fabulous historic home to become a B&B - and, of course, private land trusts. Over the years, we have brokered many, many successful 1031 Exchanges . Our eco-investors can enjoy tax advantages and choose to leave a legacy of real property in stewardship. That's why we keep a lookout for the uncommon gem. Old Growth forests, waterfalls, Heritage properties catch our attention. We also like to represent large acreages, and Appalachian horse farms and other unique properties in the Greater Asheville area...and put interested parties together in a way that works for all involved.
