About Us

We moved to Arkansas in 1977 and ran a Bull Shoals Lake resort for 22 years before getting involved in Real Estate. Prior to that we lived in Indiana near South Bend, where Dick was a tool engineer and Arlene was a high school teacher. We feel our backgrounds are excellent for working with all kinds of people, and we enjoy helping people find a home in the Ozarks. Since we have been here for over 30 years, we have a good knowledge of the area's growth and can help people see what a good investment it is to buy property in the Twin Lakes area. Our past business experience and involvement with Chamber organizations in our area has allowed us to develop many contacts to help people to connect when they come to the Mountain Home area.

Soon after leaving our resort business, Dick got into real estate. Besides the extensive training required for being part of the CENTURY 21 System, he has a relocation specialists designation, GRN, has taken the Floyd Wickman Marketing "SMART" program, and is involved with the NCBR building program. In 2008, Arlene joined Dick to form The Lee Team. Arlene has good database and website skills and does much of the communication with clients as well as working with listing and showings. We work well as a team and enjoy helping people find their dream homes. We particularly enjoying helping the first time buyers find that special home. 

Since we presently live in the Lakeview area near Bull Shoals Dam, we are particularly fond of working with people in the Bull Shoals and Lakeview areas to market their homes.

The world famous trout fishing White River and Bull Shoals Lake, a great golf course, hiking trails, outstanding Arkanas information center, most poplar state park for camping in this area are just a few of the things that help us to sell people on living in this area as well. The friendly people and quiet wooded park-like setting in Lakeview is a plus.

Although we are partial to the Lakeview area, we enjoy helping people find a home anywhere in the Twin Lakes area, and we will work hard with sellers to get their homes sold. We are very Internet oriented. Since 90% of people now search on the Internet when buying a home, we work very hard to get maximum exposure for listings and use all the new tech tools to help buyers find what they need.

We wanted to take a moment and commend one of your agents, Mr. Dick Lee. We recently bought a property on Red Bank Trail that was listed with another company. Dick spent a lot of time sending us e-mail listings and narrowing down our search. This was EXTREMELY helpful as we were out of town buyers looking for a weekend home at the lake. He also cleared his schedule to meet with us on a Saturday to look at the properties. Once we settled on the Red Bank Trail property Dick went above and beyond the call of duty to help us get things lined up. He had numerous contacts with the listing agent who was not apt to give out ANY information. Dick took it upon himself to contact the Corp of Engineers to get the information we requested. He also coordinated all the inspections and getting an electrical repair estimate for us. His help and support was tremendous!!! Please take the time to commend Dick on a job well done!
