About Us:

After spending several years together in our own high-tech business, when we entered the real estate industry, we decided to carry that team approach with us, so that we could offer "concierge-level" services to ALL our clients. After experiencing first-hand the impersonal methods used by some agencies, we purposely sought out a brokerage firm that offered us a high level of support and training, that would also allow us the freedom to offer innovative marketing that demonstrates our commitment to excellent customer service. OUR TEAM - Our team approach is different than most. When you work with us, you'll never be handed off to an assistant or transaction coordinator that you've never even met. We are both licensed REALTORS and we will both be with you every step of the way - from beginning to end.

INFORMATION - We view over 100 homes a month, so we know what your competition is doing! We've seen many of the "pitfalls" that can occur and can help you avoid them.

NEGOTIATION SKILLS - Prior to entering real estate, we ran our own high-tech company where we negotiated million dollar deals. We enforce those acquired skills with an enormous amount of research about the market and your property or the property you consider purchasing so that you can make informed decisions about the offers you make or receive.

PROSPECTING - If you're selling a home, we immediately begin "spreading the word" to our existing network and your neighbors. If you're buying a home, we have an extensive network that we mine (in addition to what's in the MLS) to find the right home for you.

Areas of Expertise

Although we have a broad range of experience, we especially like working with first-time buyers, because we actually enjoy teaching them about the process. It's also very rewarding working with folks relocating to our area. Austin and its' surrounding suburbs have so much to offer in the way of employment, recreation, culture, education, and entertainment, that it's easy to boast about and fun to show to newcomers! Our business and technology background also make us a natural fit for many investors.
