As a top producing REALTOR® in Solano County, I closed an average of 50 transactions in each of the last several years, including several for over one million dollars. A majority of my listings were on the market less than 40 days, and closed within an additional 40 days. More than three-quarters of my transactions were those in which I represented the seller; for almost a quarter of those, I also brought the buyers to the transactions. History

Paul Winders was born and raised in Vallejo, giving him first-hand knowledge of the area and its real estate market. He currently resides in Benicia and has had his real estate business here since 2001. The majority of Paul’s transactions are in Vallejo, Benicia, and other parts of the Bay Area, with listings spanning to areas as far- reaching as Sacramento County, Shasta County, Siskiyou County, Lake County, Humboldt County, and much of the Central Valley.

In addition to his expertise in residential real estate transactions, Paul has extensive experience representing buyers and sellers of business opportunities, investment properties, apartment buildings, and industrial/commercial buildings. Paul recently sold several ocean view lots in California’s pristine vacation community of Shelter Cove. Paul is active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Solano Association of Realtors, the Benicia Education Foundation as well as a member of the Benicia Chamber of Commerce and Benicia Yacht Club.
