About Us:

The Davids attribute much of their success to excellent training in the beginning of their real estate careers back in New Jersey. Reflecting on the early years, Art and Sharon recall that building a successful real estate business takes time and perseverance. In fact, the Davids started in real estate while continuing their other careers. Sharon sold furniture to colleges and hospitals, covering a huge territory from New York to Maryland. Art was a high school English and TV Production teacher and also a summer lifeguard at Jones Beach in New York.

"Last year, when we decided to put our coach home up for sale in the Naples Lakes community, Sharon and Art were recommended to us by our neighbors who had successfully employed the Davids to sell their property. We spoke to Art, but we decided to go with a "discount" broker instead, and we entered into an agreement and proceeded to do our own open houses.  We found that this was not a satisfactory way to sell our property.  Then we enlisted the services of a neighbor, who has his own local real estate brokerage.  After several months, we were still on the market.  Needless to say, we were not very pleased with their efforts either.   We contacted Art and Sharon and let them know that we wanted "results."  They promised to do all of the "things" that realtors are supposed to do and more; but because of our recent experiences, we insisted on having the option to cancel the listing at any time.
