Homa and Art Profiles

We have over 20 years of real estate experience in residential real estate and we also have over 10 years of experience as residential mortgage originators.

Art's career began in 1998 selling new homes, and then moved to the resale market specializing in HUD sales. Art is the broker/co-owner of H & A Realty in Ontario. He is currently the chair in the Housing Affordability and diversity committee at The Gateway Inland Valley Association of Realtors, and an advocate for County and City down payment assistance.  

Homa has been a resident of the Inland Empire since 1989. He started his real estate career in the early 1980’s shortly after he started his own business in the customer service oriented industry for over fifteen years. He reestablished his real estate business career in January 2000 where he has a success ever since. He is currently the other broker/co-owner of H & A Realty in Ontario.
