Since 2006, Amy Powers has expanded her professionalism and services to accomodate the Atlanta Buyers, Sellers and Real Estate Agents. She holds the highest designation in the Real Estate Staging Industry, RESA-Pro. The RESA-Pro designation sets Amy apart from other home stagers or hobbyist with a commitment to excellence, ethics and education. She is actively involved in her industry association as a Board Member and Technology Chair. She teaches approximately 100 Agents monthly about home staging through the Real Estate Staging 101 a 3 CE Hour course as a RESA Approved Instructor.

Amy has done very good work and has a keen eye for what works in terms of colors and space. She also is very good about working within a budget. It has been my experience that clients consistently state that she goes beyond what is expected. In my two most recent times that we worked together, one house went under contract in one week (and she really helped solve a spacing issue that dramatically improved its showing) and the other house went under contract in two months.
