When the lights started flickering in our home we were told it must be power surges or maybe weak light bulbs. Well, our friend convinced us to call "A" TEAM Inspection to investigate our problem. It took you 10 minutes to realize we had a BAD breaker panel. You pointed that our Zinsco brand breaker panel in our 1960's home was defective, like many others in Puget Sound. Two of the breakers were making poor contact with the aluminum buss bar and another was cracked. When you pointed out the burn marks at the contact point I wondered how this got missed at our inspection 2 years ago. We would have insisted this panel be replaced prior to closing. Thank you we now sleep better not having to worry about this problem.
