Under the Manning & Company brokerage, I have specialized in Foreclosed Homes (REO Inventory) for almost two years. In representing various Banks, I've been afforded the unique understanding of the requirements, process and particulars of what a Foreclosure sale entails.
With 'I Am A Good Neighbor,' my services as a Realtor and personal buying experience with HUD's Good Neighbor Next Door Program are combined to provide fellow Police, Firefighter, Teacher and EMT families the opportunity to own a home at a discounted rate.
