Ok, so all of the profiles on here sound the same ..... I am this, I am that .... yada yada.

What makes me diferent?  What makes me the same?

Here's what I know.... etc etc.

I haven't thrown away any money to any certification companies who con charge Realtors for stamping some initials at the end of the name.  I know people who are certified in Short Sales and have never completed a single short sale.

So what do I write about me in this little box that is interesting and will give you an insight to my personality?

I work harder.

I answer my phone or return the call as soon as I get off of the other line.

I work with integrity.

I am hungry and motivated.

I represent my client (buyer or seller).

I get things sold!

I embrace technology -but do not think it replaces good old fashioned human experience.

and ..... I have a sense of humor.

 

I have lots of experience with short sales, distressed properties, selling houses, matching properties with my buyer pool.  I maintain a finger on the pulse of the consumer by remaining engaged.

It is with pleasure that I write this letter to recommend my realtor, Angela Shopper. I had the pleasure of meeting Angela at an informational home buying meeting at Reece and Nichols. From the get-go, I knew what I was and was not looking for in my future home. I was fairly picky and it didn't take long for Angela to figure out my preferences. I can't even begin to explain how much of a pleasure it was to work with Angela. She worked very hard to help us find our perfect house. She showed an unbelievable amount of patience in dealing with two people that had different ideas of what they wanted in a house. We probobly looked at 25 different houses, some twice, and she never complained. Even the ones that she had previewed for us and she knew we wouldn't like, but we still wanted to see, she showed us without a single complaint. She worked just as hard to sell my previous home when I had tried for months to sell it on my own. She told me what she thought she could do for me and she delivered. She had my house sold in less than 30 days for what I needed to get out of it, and now I'm in a home that I could stay in for the rest of my life.
