In 1996, Lender's Title & Escrow LLC was created as the result of a merger with Lender's Title, Inc. and Jerry Holmes, Jr., Attorney at Law, P.C. We have offices in Alabama, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee and Virginia. We offer all aspects of title insurance and closing services for residential real estate purchases, refinances, equity lines of credit, and second mortgages. Our services include title searching, abstracting, title commitments, policies, and preparations of all necessary documentation and closing services by our qualified closing agents.
