About Me:
Since 1987, I have been inspecting historic residential, commercial and agricultural properties in southeastern PA and Central NJ. I've had the pleasure of inspecting over 10,000 buildings between 100 and 350 years old.
I've served on the Board of Directors of 2 public historic buildings and have been a consultant to historic sites in several States. I've worked with historic architecture review boards, restoration contractors, municipal building departments and fire marshals and advise on historic building issues. I also volunteer some time to community groups working toward preserving historic buildings.
I've had articles published in regional publications about building inspections and historic restoration and I'm a frequent speaker at educational conferences for building inspectors and restoration professionals. Some of my articles can be found at historicbldgs.com .
