My focus is the commercial side of real estate. I like working with new construction, refinance, acquisition and new business owners. I also like to work with owner occupied and industrial lending.  

   I do not believe in being pushy or overly aggressive to get people to do business with me. I believe that the business owners today have a vast amount of information available to them already, and they do not want a pushy salesman. They want a friend. I like to build relationships based on a very respectful conversation, while learning as much about them as I can. I have found that doing business this way always leads to a successful win-win relationship.
