About Us:
I am the 5th generation of my family to be involved in the Real Esate Business, starting with my Great Great Grandfather Fuquay who helped develop Florida along with Mr. Flagler and Mr. Dupont. Living up to the family legacy is a priviledge.e in.
Real Estate is my passion. I absolutely love helping people with the purchase of a new home. It charges my emotional batteries to put a deal together. Not only do I help others with their real estate transactions, but I also buy investment properties.
I started previewing properties when I was a child. My mother took us to every open house she could find on Sunday afternoons. We actually thought we were going to move. My mother was a looker not a buyer. At 17, I started exploring delapodated mansions in and around Ponce De Leon Avenue and Atlanta's historic Druid Hills neighborhood. I still remember the carved Italian Marble mantles and the ornate plaster work. That began my interest in historic properties. By 18 I had dragged all my friends on organized and my own devised tours of Ansley Park, Virginia Highlands, Grant Park, Morningside, and Midtown, just to mention a few of my favorite Atlanta neighborhoods.
Areas of Expertise
Everyone has their niche, but I find that I get most excited about working with Buyers for all types of properties from Starter Homes to the Luxury Market. I also love history and historical architecture. The small towns and farms surrounding Atlanta are riddled with some of the most spectacular Southern arhictecture.
Having relocated at least 8 times in my life, I can also relate to families who are relocated to and from the Atlanta area. I have successfully assisted numerous clients the the purchase and sales of their homes when they are relocating with their employeres to and from the Atlanta area.
I have a marked interest in developing wealth through the purchase of income producing property. I host Millionaire Real Estate Investor Workshops the last Saturday every other month for those who wish to learn more about how to get started and others who want to learn more about successful investing.
I serve on the Education Committee in my Market Center. I am an Accredited Buyer Represenative, Accredited Relocation Specialist, Member of Luxury Home Marketing Specialists, and probably a few other things that I cannot recolate at the moment.
