    Several friends have asked us: "how did you find the right house, in the right location, at the right price?" Answer:

    1. Be prepared to do a lot of legwork
    2. Get yourself a good broker.

    Number 2. above is you! I knew it was a good sign on that fateful Sunday morning when you arranged a house tour within 90 minutes--based solely on Charisse's unsolicited phone call (I'm call Adrian Price, Is she available"). But who could hav eguessed that four weeks and two near-misses later we would win this home as the low bidder?!

    Looking back, it's not such a surprise. You sized us up quickly, understood our style (and budget!) and energetically taught us the shoreline market(of course, we were highly receptive pupils.) Clearly, you know your craft, and I'm certain that the amazing success story of Chez Charisse would not have occurred had it not been for your expert guidance and sage advice. To be honest, I'm still in shock on how this all came together.

    We weren't kidding when we said that we would display prominently in our new home the letter to the seller that you had us write. You and the family are invited to view it on Saturday, November 6th. Cocktails and dinner are included.
