I am glad others know about the new appraisal stuff...SO many dont know about it yet and will learn about it in the weeks ahead as sales begin to dwindel even more. (How can that be?) and I have a feeling it will cause a HUGE amounts of BOM's because, not unlike the issues we fact in a declining market coupled with the REO's and goofy short sales, buyers and sellers alike have a lot of adjustments to make...and as we know, that seems to take a bit of a lerning curve...and time...and readjustments with less ego.
