I work with People NOT companies....as far as I am concerned Melissa is very best person I ever met in the Financing Industry. She is a mother of two and believes honesty is the best policy! She will never hard sell you on a loan that does not fit your needs...she will ALWAYS tell you up front what she can do for you and what she can not. She enjoys working with Re-Financing, new construction, 100% Financing, both seasoned investors and first time homebuyer's. I like it that she has both the knowledge and training of credit counseling and also enjoys working with buyer's who may not be ready now but 6 months or a year from now. To Me, both Real Estate & Mortgage professionals who depend on commissions to get paid...working with someone toward a future goal and not just passing them by...this is your someone who really cares. I am so pleased to have found Melissa to refer my client's too! Before Melissa I went through 5 different Mortgage Company contacts...and had to fire all of them due to lack of service and the push sales techniques!
