Having started up several Mortgage Banking operations for Community Banks has given me an in-depth understanding of this great industry. Keeping Loan Officers successful and happy has allowed me the opportunity to work as a past consultant to Banks and Mortgage Brokers alike. I am a past President of Oregon Association of Mortgage Brokers.
