     Ocean Shores, WA...what a great place to live and invest! This town has 23 miles of interconnecting fresh water Lakes and Canals, ie the Grand Canal and Duck Lake; Parks with ball fields and boat launches onto Duck Lake; an 18-hole Golf Course with Driving Range; the Community Club's Bayshore Clubhouse with an indoor pool, gym, basketball court and much more; the Quinault Beach Resort & Casino; many hotels, restaurants, and shops in Downtown; and let us not forget the reason for it all....the BEACH. Enjoy free, unfettered access to our 6 miles of sandy Beaches and Jetty with access paths and streets to walk and drive on the Beach. This is one of the last affordable and developed areas on the West Coast, with platted properties and water, power and sewers in the street for ease of building.
      And there is more than just Ocean Shores....Grays Harbor County's coastline stretches from Grayland and Westport in the south around Grays Harbor Bay to Ocean Shores and up State Route 109 passing through the small towns of Ocean City, Copalis Beach, Pacific Beach and Moclips.
      These are just some of the reasons I moved here in December 2003. I was born and raised in Southern California. I graduated from UCLA in 2002 with a B.S. degree cum laude in Applied Mathematics. I have been a Realtor in Ocean Shores since September 2004. I earned the 2005 Grays Harbor Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year Award, the 2005 President's Circle Award for production/closed sales, the 2006 Sterling Society Award, the 2008 & 2009 Diamond Society Team Award, as well as being part of the Multi-Million Dollar Club.  I was the #3 ranked Agent in Closed Sales (volume and number) for 2008 among all Grays Harbor County real estate agents (per NWMLS data).

      I have completed courses to earn the national recognized Certified New Home Specialist^TM (CNHS) and Residential Construction Certified^TM  (RCC) designations to further my specialty of working with new homes.  In November 2008, I passed the State Broker's Exam and earned my Associate Broker's License.  In July 2010, the State of Washington changed the titles of real estate agents and brokers and I became a Managing Broker.  In December 2010, I earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist^TM (CRS) designation.  I have also been actively involved with the Grays Harbor Association of Realtors (GHAR) as the North Beach Director for 2008, 2009 and 2010.  I was also very blessed to have served on the GHAR College Scholarship Committee for 2008, 2009 and 2010.
