This is to introduce Jill Ford, Real Estate Agent with a passion to match people with property. Until Jill took the initiative to telephone me in Charleston, SC I would never have known what a true Seller's Agent might achieve. Our original contract had expired without activity and pretty much without communication from the broker we had signed a contract with in July of 2005. For six months we received little in the way of information pertaining to efforts made on our behalf to show the property or market it to other agents. Having little experience in the home selling arena I had nothing with which to compare my observations.

Following six months of limited contact with our previous broker Jill kept me routinely informed of every activity she engaged on our behalf. This was refreshing considering our distance from Seven Lakes. She understood our objective as a family and established a plan to achieve our goal of selling our Mom's house at a fair and reasonable value. Neither my sister nor I desired unrealistic gain from the home that had served our Mom so exceptionally. We also had no urgency to unload the property at less than market value.
Upon signing the contract with Jill in February 2006 activity commenced immediately. Jill set her feet on the street and contacted the broker community by direct mail, open houses, and any means necessary to gain exposure. Jill championed our family's desire to honor our Mom's memory by keeping her commitments, achieving the deliverables established, and maintaining an open and candid dialogue with us as to comments made by those who had seen the property. Jill practiced her expertise in a fashion that was outcome driven and designed to meet with a success that would be satisfactory to all parties.
We are exceptionally pleased with the savvy that Jill Ford demonstrated in bringing a viable contract to the table within 2 months of establishing our relationship. Jill demonstrates a perspicuity for the Seven Lakes market, a fire in her belly to achieve results, and an honesty that is welcomed and appreciated. We are ever grateful to Jill for having successfully accomplished the goal we established in placing the home for sale in July of 2005.
