Barbara resides in the beautiful southern Ozarks on Table Rock Lake.  She has lived in many parts of the country through the years and started working in the mortgage business in the Atlanta Metro area. 

Barbara earned a BSBA in Business and her JD in Law all after she was 40 something.  One of her grandchilderen ask her once why she went back to school when she was old?" She answered "Because I don't know what I want to be when I grow up."  At 56 she enjoys life abundantly.

Barbara Sparks has over 30 years experience in mortgage lending.  She has been an instructor for her company and others in mortgage structure and processing of mortgage loans.  Specializing in FHA, VA and first time home buyers. She has consulted to branches on operations efficancy and just "doing it right the first time". 

Barbara also coaches Loan Officers in processing needs.  She actively processes loans as a Contract Processor for branches and Loan Officers through out the counrty.  Barbara says; "You can't expect an underwriter to read your mind, the biggest reason for a decline on a files is the processing.  The processor failed to connect all the dots. Knowing how to connect the dots is the Processor's primary function." 

"You know you are achieving your goals of being highly regarded in your business when you start doing loans for grandkids of your clients".

"Miss Barbara, Thank you for my new room.  I have never had my own room before I always had to share with my baby brother. I am sending you this picture of Mom and Dad and Donnie and me in our new house.  This was the best birthday ever.
