I initially had my house for sale as a vacant house. I was referred to clients whose home had been listed for two years with another real estate agent without any luck. They had relocated to Houston and had been making two mortgage payments the whole time--ouch! The house was vacant and had been updated in some areas, but not others, and it didn't show well. Kathy Nielsen did an excellent job of staging one of my properties recently listed in Dunwoody.
