My husband and I are the owners of Peach State Property Buyers. We are full time real estate investors. We purchased and renovated a home in Douglasville, GA. We listed the home on MLS at a price of $225,000. After 6 months of no offers, we decided to hire Kathy to professionally stage our home. Using French Country decor, they transformed the empty house into a Charming Cottage. The new look generated increased interest and ultimately a sale.
