I have been told that I am the attorney of choice for real estate brokers. A good portion of my work is dedicated toward helping mortage brokers (from getting incorporated, to setting up branch offices and partnership agreements, to dealing with DRE licensing and disciplinary issues, to setting up California Finance Lenders, to helping brokers get set up to legally do loan modifications (submitting advance fee agreements) and assisting broker's with loan workouts and handling loan modification file audits. I can also form partnership agreements, LLC's, and assist with business and partnership disputes including arbitration and litigation.

My real estate legal experience involves being licensed as an Attorney in both California and Arizona and I represent clients in both states. I maintain an office in Newport Beach, California as well as Phoenix, Arizona on Camelback Street, the emerging financial district for the Greater Phoenix Area.
I am also a licensed real estate broker in both California and Arizona. I have experience in commercial real estate (DAUM Industrial Real Estate), mortgage lending (American Home Equity), and residential real estate (Perfect Place Property & Investment).
The hot market right now is for loan modifications, loan workouts, and bankruptcy. As discussed above, I work with California real estate brokers to help them get set-up to do legally do loan modifications by submitting advance fee agreements. In California, this means submitting the advance fee agreement to the California Department of Real Estate (DRE). A large legal bill is not a surprise most people have any interest in. My hourly rate in most cases is $175/hour. In the event Trial is necessary my fees are $225/hour. There may be times when I am willing to take a contingency fee case (ex. in an eminent domain case), or a hybrid of fees/contingency.
