About Us:

Audree Mevellec was born in the French Riviera, from a multilingual family with an international background. She learned to speak English while being in high school in England, then learned German while working for Lufthansa Airline, after that she lived in Italy and Spain for a few years, and then entered law school in Nice. Soon she realized that combining school and the joys of being a mother of two young boys, were not enough for her, so she entered into the real estate world, which she had already tried prior to entering law school. The trend in that real estate agency was to sell to British buyers wanting to relocate under the skies of the French Riviera. Most of her colleagues did not speak English and so, she was on top of her career. Audree has hesitated a long time before deciding that she would share her knowledge with other agents, and as she does not like to have the lights shine on her, she knows that this is the time to do it. By helping you succeed, she also helps The Audree Mevellec Team, and the more we grow the more you will grow. 

Olivier Mevellec was born in Antibes, France. He grew up and went to school in Guadeloupe, F.W.I. and the south of France until the age of 16. At the age of 15 he was introduced to the game of golf, and at that moment he decided that he wanted to play professional golf. Because of his love for the game his parents moved to Plano, Texas where he could start his dream and go to high school. He went to college in Florida where he received a four year golf scholarship and also studied marketing & advertising. In 1997, he joined The European PGA Tour where he traveled all over Europe playing in professional golf tournaments. From 1998 to 2002, he was an assistant golf professional at Royal Oaks Country Club, and Dallas Country Club. After contemplating a few business opportunities, he decided to take his real estate license and join his mother Audree to form The Mevellec Team.

The globalization of real estate is a new trend but it is also the way to succeed with the future ahead.

I have an interesting story to tell you about how I am using the ILS. Last week the NAR and A.M.P.I (National Association of Realtors of Mexico), signed a cooperation agreement to standardize commercial practices between both countries and facilitate the globalization of the Real Estate industry. The event was with the President of Mexico Vicente Fox, the President of AMPI, the NAR president and the CIPS, CCIM, leaders like Steve Price, etc. Besides that, the Top producers agents in Mexico, The biggest developers in that country and real estate agents from all over US. I was the only one representing the INTERNATIONAL LUXURY SOCIETY and even the president of AMPI was amazed with the concept. I'm in the process to send the international exclusive listing agreements to about 10 developers in different areas in Mexico. Specially ex-pats communities like San Miguel de Allende, Cancun, Baja California and other projects in the "Escalera Nautica." Mexico is doing a great effort to attract Canadian an American Investors. The ILS (I. R. E. S.) Concept generate for me a lot more interest and leads than the CIPS, TRC, International MBA, etc., that I was using to attract business. I offer our Mexican colleagues also to keep their clients for life despite they'll invest any where in the world if they do this trough us and I am preparing a marketing campaign to promote in different media for Realtors, this concept; that way I can get their international referrals and make this a win win for all of us. After listening to our presentation in Dallas, Texas, Carol Blair approached us to tell us that she was going to the Cayman Islands for vacation and wanted to know what to do to work with developers in the Caymans. We gave her scripts to use and Carol came back with a worldwide exclusivity listing agreement on a development of 40 villas starting at $1.9 million, 23 condos starting at $1.8 million and another 33 condos starting at $750,000!
