WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE
I have been working with and in real estate for many years, from the ground up you might say. Building, working with contractors, sub contractors, working with Habitate for Humanity and most of all, buyers and sellers.
I try to take advantage of all the education and hands on training today's changing real estate market demands. If I am not up to "snuff" how can I help you?
I also believe in giving back to my community that offers so much. I will always make an effort to carve time out of my busy work schedule to support any number of local charities, most notably the Orange Beach Ladies auxiliary, and Art for Heart.

I am a Real Estate professional. I have been in some form of the Real Estate business for the last Twenty years. Before I became an agent I built three personal homes. Each time I would see something that I should have done differantly.
Looking at pictures and floor plans of the homes that I admired was easy; just order from a magazine or buy them directly from an aritect that sold home plans.
Then I realized that working with an archtect was the only way to get the plan you wanted. I sat down with a good architect and laid out my dream home. First I glanced through some of his designs then begin to pull ideas from each plan into my own plan.
It was not an easy task. I had always been told that you could not put a bath here or you could not put a closet there. But when you work with a good architect make sure he really listens to what you want. You can put anything anywhere you like if the square footage will allow.
By working with builders and architects, subcontractors you get to know Real Estate from the ground up. So it was just natural for me to get my License and help people find a dream home of their own. Building and selling my own real estate gave me an inside edge wihen communicating with people about real estate.
Designations in real estate are a great source to further the education of an agent. Every agent should seek education in their field to keep up with the new tecnology of todays real estate.
I have an E-pro designation which means I can use the computer to help my clients and customers with buying, selling, investing, or just an edge up on the real estate market.
