      I knew at 8 years old that I wanted to be involved with investments and making money.  My Grandparents got me involved with the stock market at a very young age and I have followed financial institutions and the market for almost 30 years now.  I became a financial planner in the mid 90's in Los Angeles, CA.   In 1999, I bought a condo in San Diego and got my mortgage with a company called World Savings.  Because research and analysis was a big part of my job, I looked into World and decided that there programs and flexibility could change people's lives.  In 2003, I sold my book of business to a fellow financial planner and moved to Seattle to join World Savings as an account exec.  Since then, I have done hundreds of presentations and trainings teaching mortgage brokers to dig into their clients financial situations and strategies as opposed to being an insignificant part of the biggest financial choice people make, which is owning real estate. 

        I am very dedicated to my profession and to changing people's lives and ways of thinking.  Let's face it, we live in a monetarily based society and unless you know how to make your money work for you the fastest, you might not ever think about enjoying life like you could or retire for that matter.
