Eric was great!!! This was our first home and he saved us a lot of headaches. My husband and I were not sure of the first step in the whole process, but after speaking to Eric he made us feel better. He talked to us about the beginning things to do and expect all the way through the end. We left the office on the first day with a road map of how things would go. I hate surprises, and Eric did everything he said he would and this was such a smooth process I recommend him to all my friends and family.

I am so thankful I know Mr. Eric Olson. I was happy to get my first home last year with his help. After living there for almost a year I lost my job and had trouble finding another one right away. Eric helped me find a great deal when I bought the house originally and because of it I was able to get myself out of trouble quick. After calling Eric and telling him I was behind and facing foreclosure if I didn't sell quick he sprang into action. He helped me move to a relatives house and then clean up the place. He jumped right in and helped paint and clean the house. I even came over one day and he had planted flowers and mowed my lawn. We got the home looking good in a few short days and the home sold 5 days after we listed it for sale. I didn't even lose any money after all the closing fees were paid.
