I have been in the local mortgage industry for over 20 years. My experience and hands on approach to my work sets me apart from just any old application taker! I processed loans for nearly 10 years and have an very strong background in FHA/VA lending, first time homebuyer loans, and all other types of residential loans.

I am certified by Wells Fargo as a specialist in Construction/Perm financing, Fha financing and the emerging markets loan products.

I have been active as a member of the South Florida Association of Professional Mortgage Women. I have been trained in FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriting standards.
