Her Career
Arleen moved to the Charlottesville Area in 1982, and it wasn't long before she decided on a career centering around her desire to introduce newcomers to the many attractive qualities and natural beauty of the area she now called "Home". Since beginning her real estate career in 1985, Arleen has successfully assisted hundreds of families with the sale or purchase of Charlottesville Area real estate. Designations
Arleen has completed the educational requirements for the ePRO designation, giving her the tools and knowledge to better assist her internet-based buyers and sellers. She has also received the SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist). By earning the SRES designation, Arleen has demonstrated that she has the requisite knowledge, experience and expertise to be a senior’s real estate specialist. Arleen is also a member of the Allen F. Hainge CyberStar Society®. The CyberStars® are an elite group of leading real estate professionals from around the country. Each sales associate accepted for membership has demonstrated outstanding ability in 3 areas: production, using today’s technology in their marketing efforts and a willingness to share their discoveries, ideas and spirit with other CyberStars. Arleen is one of only 8 CyberStars in the state of Virginia. Planning For Retirement ...
"We were researching places to retire and Charlottesville was on our short list. When we contacted Arleen and informed her of our long-range plans, she insisted that she be our Charlottesville guide. Selling one home and buying another...
