Todd C. Menard, CEO and Founder of The American Institute of Professional Standards and Practices has been serving the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Market as a REALTOR/Broker for almost two decades. Specializing in niche markets he is considered by his peers to be a visionary leader and a man of integrity. He dedicates much of his time to the advancement of REALTOR and Consumer real estate education and has served on numerous state level committees and workgroups designed to protect the public. One of a few Arizona Association of REALTORS Certified Ethics and Professional Standards Instructors he speaks bi-weekly to groups of 75-175 REALTORS emphasizing the need to uphold the 'Gift of Vision' provided in the Preamble to the National Association of REALTORS Code of Ethics. It is with this foundation of vision and his history of demonstrating high levels of integrity and fiduciary service that this organization was formed.
