My name is Brian West and I integrate nearly 30 years of customer service experience in my job as a licensed Senior Mortgage Planner at imortgage. My years of experience of guiding customers to achieve their dream of home ownership isn't just a job, it's a passion! Aside from the basics most agents would expect from a lender, I also do all I can to assist my agents in increasing their pipeline as well. I sponsor a few different marketing strategies for my agents, including online marketing to new prospects as well as past client follow up with delivery of items of value for a minimum of 5 years. My service doesn't end at the closing table

My focus is anything from that first time homebuyer (my favorite actually) to the seasoned buyer. We do FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, jumbo, investments, Canadians and rehab loans. We do purchase and refi business for primary residences, second homes and investment properties and all types of homes. Our claim to fame is that we recognize the importance of customer service, not only doing what should be expected like closing on time, but in the time we take to continuously update everyone in the transaction regularly, meet with clients face to face, attend closings and follow up with clients for the following 5 years.
