About Me:

Being born an Arizona native, I have a true appreciation for our sunshine state. I moved to Payson in 1997.  After pursuing my dream of being a gift shop owner, I decided it was time to serve the community in a different way.  I became a real estate agent to help people find an affordable home or perhaps even their dream home.  I also wanted to help them sell their existing homes or businesses.  As an agent who has survived a down market, I have had much time to reflect on how to become an even better realtor.  How to make things happen.  That is part of the magic of real estate. I believe in building lasting friendships for the future with my clients.  I love referrals and I look forward to answering any questions you may have...just ask. 

Areas of Expertise

In real estate I hate to use the word expertise, with the everchanging market of today.  Everyday, I am faced with decisions and events that are completely unique.  Having said that, I specialize in residential sales and listings.  Many agents steer away from listings because they don't want the marketing expense associated with a listing.  The downside is they have no inventory.  The more inventory, the more realtors you have working to sell your homes.  I COMMIT 100% to my sellers and buyers.  It is MY JOB to bring sellers who are in "la la land" over the pricing of their home back down to earth.  I don't take a listing I don't fully believe I can sell.  I understand the emotional attachment of the seller to their home.  I work to get top dollar for their home.  I am a member of the Women's Council of Realtors and I will graduate with my GRI designation in June 2008.
