Responsible for managing the Real Estate Lifecycle within Arizona for Verizon Wireless new build projects. My primary function is to:

We had a great experience with Rob Jones and it was nice to find a real estate agent that dealt with us both professionally and honestly.  He was never late to a meeting when it came to selling our house or finding one to buy.  Before we listed, we had all of the comparisons to look at so we could price it correctly.  Many Realtors today will list it at whatever the seller wants, only to know that there is no chance to sell at that price.  They then have the seller committed and start reducing the price after it is listed.  Honestly, we were hoping to sell for more but that is what I respect most about Rob; he could have let us flail around at a higher price but was willing instead to let the deal go, knowing we might not want to sell at the number we would realistically get.  He left the decision to us and helped us find a new house to fit our needs and budget considering what we would get for our property.  Our house was only on the market for 8 days in a tough market before we received a high quality offer!  This is the best experience we have had with a realtor to date and we recommend him highly.
