  I currently hold an active Brokers license as well as the ABR and GRI designations.  With 15 years experience in the valley, I am able to get homes sold for the most money in the least amount of time. I have access to forclosure properties and REO packages available from a variety of banks in the country.   I also own another company that only works with buyer as exclusive buyers agents. They are experts in their fields and have a vast knowledge of not only the resale market but new constuction and spec homes. I personally specialize in representing sellers in ANY market. I am extremely experienced with Short sales and preforclosures but I also work with home sellers who have equity.  I also have the ability to help investors purchase property at the court house steps, better known as a Trustee Sale. Most of the Trustee sales are going back to the bank but we have about 15 to 20 homes available to bid on every single day!!
