Im a Realtor living in Dayton Ohio.  I'm married with 2 kids.  I've been in Dayton now for 9 years. 

Prior to Real Estate I was in the IT Field.  I spent many years with the State of Ohio, A large Corpoeration, and a NAtional Bank.  The time came that I lost the passion for my job, and found another career.

My main clients are investor driven clients.  I specialize in buyer clients for investment properties.  Rarely do I meet an investor in person, everything happens via email and phone calls, and fax.  I have a thorough knowledge of the resell markets, rental markets, and wholesale markets. 

Buyers-  Markets are changing.  So you decide you want to buy, now what?  I have a team of professionals who can help you achieve the goal.  We don't lie to you and say yes, we can do it, but provide the tools to get you there.  If you can't buy today we will still work with you and develop a plan to buy tomorrow. 

Sellers-  I'm an honest man.  I will come and look at your home and give you real numbers.  I can tell you what works and does not work.  I turn down more listings than I accept on the first round.  Most sellers are offended by my suggestions, and feel that I am to harsh.
