What makes me stand apart is my background, my experiences, my fresh / new approach to the real estate industry:

  2. I was born and raised in Whatcom County.
  3. I'm a former banker (I've done home loans)
  4. Selling real estate is my livelihood. This is not a part time job for me. This is my full time career. I'm available to my clients 7 days a week.
  5. I work with both buyers and sellers. My listing fee is less than most, and my buyer services are FREE.
  6. I'm a proud member of several fine organizations: The Northwest MLS, The Million Dollar Club, The Agent Leadership Council, The Association of Realtors (national, state, local)
